I had a very busy end to the summer. The second to last weekend in August,
Eric and Guy got married at Gurney's in Montauk. Kathrin and I took off that
Friday and rented an AirBnB in Montauk to make a long weekend of it. After
we arrived, had some tacos and checked into our AirBnB, we headed to the
beach for the entire day!
That evening, we joined Kathrin's friends for dinner at Harbor and were invited
to hang out at their beautiful home until late into the evening. It was a great time!
The next morning, we dressed for the beach, headed to Joni's for breakfast and
enjoyed delicious breakfast burritos before finding our spot on the beach for the day.
We got extremely lucky with our AirBnB location. It was a five minute walk from
the beach, just around the corner from this beautiful park which we passed
everyday on the way into town. We walked to town every morning for breakfast.
After our morning at the beach, Robin joined us and we headed to Gurney's
to have a drink and snack at the bar before the wedding. Then we headed
down to the beach to join our friends to celebrate Eric and Guy!
The wedding was short, sweet and funny. Eric's guys were so perfect, they had
everyone laughing! I hope we can all find the botox to our wrinkles one day!
After the ceremony, we headed to the upper deck for cocktail hour! Thankfully, I
was able to get a photo of me with the boys before the hair went up and the sweat
Of course Cooper was a big part of the evening!
We literally danced well into the evening and were all extremely excited to take
our shoes off and run back down onto the beach for the s'mores and bonfire!
I hope Eric and Guy had as much fun as all of their family and friends!
It sure was one hell of a party! Congratulations to them both! Enjoy
