Reunion: Scout and Roxy

It was February 24th. I know this date exactly and I will tell you why later. 

I found myself back on the road in New Jersey heading south towards Rosedale Mills. The time had come to reunite the baby with his Momma. That's right! As I mentioned before, I contacted the family who adopted Scouts mother Muffy, now Roxy, and we planned a date to meet back where it all began. SoCo Rescue was also having an adoption that day so the pups got to see their saviors! 

I brought Oliver along as Scouts emotional support animal. I'm glad I did because he needed it! He completely shied away from everything. Once he realized Oliver was by his side, he was completely back to normal. 

It was wonderful to see everyone and let the dogs get to know each other again. I speak with them often and one day we will get them back together. Family forever.
